Position: Business Development Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you will support the Business Development team and will be expected to:

• Assist in generating leads both locally and internationally that align with the Bank’s strategic initiatives.

• Utilize personal networks to support senior stakeholders' engagement and sales efforts.

• Aid in identifying new business opportunities in emerging markets and segments.

• Support the Sales Cycle management, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Contribute to revenue growth alongside other Client Teams.

• Help build and maintain relationships at various levels, identifying and leveraging market opportunities.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings. Understanding the diverse business needs of each client and maintaining strong relationships, as well as attending industry events and conferences, will be crucial.

Education and Experience:

• A keen interest in the Banking world, with a keen ability to spot opportunities for the Bank

• 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role preferably within banking or financial services

• Basic knowledge of online payment systems and banking products is a plus

• Familiarity with financial regulations and CRMs is a plus.
