Position: Head of Finance

Lidion Bank is seeking a  detail-oriented Head of Finance  to join our vibrant team. As our Head of Finance , you will lead the financial management and regulatory reporting function within the bank. This role encompasses responsibility for comprehensive financial planning, day today finance, and reporting, in addition to overseeing the bank’s compliance with financial regulations.

‍Primary Responsibilities:

•Regularly review and update the bank’s reporting practices in line with evolving regulatory requirements.

•Conduct regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation of reporting data.

•Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and regulatory reporting.

•Manage and safeguard data integrity across all financial systems and reports.

•Lead initiatives to improve financial and regulatory reporting processes, controls, and documentation.

•Coordinate and manage project work relating to new regulatory requirements and business growth plans.

•Provide clear and timely communication to management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders regarding financial and regulatory matters.

•Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

• Ensure all regulatory reporting is compliant with current regulations and is submitted within deadlines to the highest standard of accuracy.

‍ Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior finance role preferably within a banking or financial institution

•Experience in regulatory reporting

•Familiarity with regulatory reporting software would be an asset
