We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-thinking Senior IT Officer  to join our team.

Position: Senior IT Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.

• Support end-users in onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.

• Provide first-level technical support for cloud-based applications and services used across the organization.

• Collaborate with the IT team to monitor and manage cloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability.

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud environments for various projects.

• Implement best practices for cloud security, data protection, and disaster recovery.

• Collaborate with suppliers to integrate on-premises systems with cloud services.

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.

• Develop and maintain clear documentation.

Core Competencies:

• Possess a high-level work ethic, professional integrity,

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Knowledge of network fundamentals and protocols.

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and containerization.

• Experience in scripting languages for automation and cloud resource management.

Education and Experience:

• The ideal candidate would possess at least 4-5 years of IT support experience with a strong focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator) are a plus.

• Experience within a Credit Institution or within the broader Financial Services industry would be an asset.
